Saw Beasts of the Southern Wild last night, highly recommend it! 'Through the eyes of a child' movies to me are sometimes hit-and-miss, but I found this one very beautiful and strangely relatable, haha. Plus, the little girl who plays Hushpuppy was amazing.

this... is amazing.... as much as the movie... i saw it last night as well, and i had a hard time trying not to cry.
One of the things i like the most about the movie is how her fears go alongside the movie, and how she confronts them at the end. Really amazing movie ;u;
